Hola! SOY Talissa Camacho

Hi, I’m Talissa. I’m a bilingual therapist, hablo Español, and I’ve worked in the mental health field for over 10 years. My passion for this work comes from my own life experiences and struggles. At one point in my life, I needed someone who could truly understand me, guide me, and help me feel less alone—and that became the reason I chose this path.

Over the years, I’ve worked with many men carrying stress, trauma, pressure, anger, and emotional weight silently. Many have spent years trying to stay strong and handle everything on their own without ever having space to process what they’ve been through.

My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, be yourself, and not feel judged. My approach is honest, direct, supportive, and real. I believe growth happens through conversations that help you better understand yourself, process your experiences, and move forward with more clarity and confidence. I also naturally bring humor into sessions because healing does not always have to feel so heavy.

Growing up in a Hispanic household, I understand the pressure that can come with culture, family expectations, and always feeling like you have to “handle it.” Therapy is a space where you don’t have to carry everything alone anymore.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy working out, traveling, arts and crafts, self-care, and spending time with family and friends.


My Approach

I am determined to be that person you need to heal and spice up your life. I am passionate about guiding individuals reach their full potential through a holistic and direct approach. My primary focus is to dig into generational trauma and the impact of culture to have a better understanding of your current challenges.

Grew up in a Hispanic household so I totally get the challenges associated with navigating more than one culture. I provide a culturally sensitive approach and empathize with the difficulties you are facing.
